I was commissioned by the Migration Museum to collect and record people’s stories of everyday kitchen items that captured the taste of resilience and migration. These stories and accompanying items were presented in the kitchen room of their Room to Breathe Exhibition, through immersive installation, animated projection and live demonstration.
